1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Full Technologies Premium IPTV service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Definitions
“Service” means the internet protocol television (IPTV) streaming subscription and related features provided by Full Technologies, including live channels, video-on-demand, and support. “User” or “you” means the person or entity that holds a subscription. “Content” means all programming, channels, movies, series, and other material available through the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
4. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
5. Subscription and Payment
Subscription plans, fees, and billing cycles are displayed at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Fees are generally non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
6. License and Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal use only, in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or share your subscription with others beyond the number of connections included in your plan
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose
- Copy, record, redistribute, or exploit Content outside the Service
- Use automated means (e.g. bots, scrapers) to access the Service
- Circumvent any technical or access restrictions
7. Service Availability and Content
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Channel lineups, Content, and features may change due to provider updates, licensing, or technical reasons. We are not responsible for third-party content or for temporary outages beyond our reasonable control.
8. Prohibited Use
You must not use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property or other rights, or is harmful or abusive. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, harassment, distribution of malware, or use of the Service in a manner that could damage our systems or reputation. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service (including software, design, and branding) and in the Content remain with Full Technologies or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or rights beyond the limited license to use the Service as described.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Full Technologies and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Full Technologies operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
